THE EVERETT SMITHSON BAND

Enjoy hot movin’ music from up and down the Mississippi River, including Zydeco (swamp rock), blues and funky roots music of all kinds.

Harmonica lessons for all ages. Songs, diagrams, literature, and harmonicas are provided free to the students. This session is sponsored by the Minnesota Blues Society. The workshop is taught by Blues society veteran instructor Everett Smithson. Class size is limited. Pre-registration recommended. You may register at the library or by calling 715-273-3209.

Skipping Stones

Skipping Stones is rooted in classic rock, but the artists also play some blues, country, gospel, and contemporary songs. They produce a surprisingly full sound, with rich harmonies and quality instrumentation.

Patchouli & Terra Guitarra

Patchouli and Terra Guitarra is master guitarist Bruce Hecksel and singer-songwriter, guitarist Julie Patchouli. Their soulful fusion of blazing Spanish and world guitar instrumentals, spine tingling vocal harmonies, and epic folk rock anthems are infused with a visible onstage chemistry.
