Meeting Spaces
The Ellsworth Public Library has public meeting and study spaces available to reserve. Please reserve online or call the library at 715-273-3209.
Reservations are not confirmed until a library staff member contacts you.
Room Descriptions
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is equipped with 6 tables, 12 chairs (additional chairs available on request), a SmartTV, and 2 whiteboards.
Capacity is up to 24 people using chairs only and 12 people using tables.
Group Study
The Group Study Room is equipped with 2 tables, 8 chairs, a SmartTV, and a whiteboard.
Capacity is up to 8 people.
Study Room 1
Study Room 1 is equipped with 1 table and 4 chairs.
Capacity is up to 4 people.
Study Room 2
Study Room 2 is equipped with 1 table and 4 chairs.
Capacity is up to 4 people.

Checking In
When you arrive, please check in at the circulation desk to have your requested room unlocked.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within ten minutes of your Study Room reservation the room will be made available for others.
Food & Drink
Snacks and beverages are allowed in Study and Meeting Rooms as long as they do not make a mess and/or do not have a strong odor.
